Saw this blurb in Atlanta's Creative Loafing, the local free weekly entertainment newspaper. Not sure whether you're aware of Flournoy Holmes, but he's got quite the resume for design, album covers, photography, etc. He did many of the Capricorn covers, and has worked on many Bruce Hampton records and projects from other artists somehow related to Bruce (Project Z, BGUG, WSP, dTb, etc.). I believe Flournoy won a Grammy for the Eat A Peach cover, but All Music Guide misses that. He worked with a lot of other artists too, some of whom you've heard of and many you haven't:
