Just wanted to spread the word about my friend Derryl. Dont know how many of you are familiar with him but he's a monster player. One of the best legato players out there. He has songs on several of Mike Varney's Guitars on the edge CD's and played on George Lynch's solo CD back in 92. He has several DVD's out that are worth checking out. Derryl is a monster player, his technique is shadowed only by a few players imo, Holdsworth, Marshall Harrison, and the late Shawn Lane.

I agree. As far as sheer over the top technique nobody can touch Marshall IMO. I urge everyone to check out the vids of Marshall jamming at Derryl's. Ive never seen anything like it.
