I waited almost a year to get this bad boy!!

Ash body with maple top.
SSV, SSH+ and ML in the middle
Blower and push pull to split both hums.

This guitar plays, sounds and looks better than anything I have ever had my hands on!

Very nice indeed!

Is that trem not recessed? Never seen that on a Modern before!

Thanks! I have owned a few other suhrs in various wood combos but this maybe the tonewood combo to my ears!

And yes, you are correct. The trem is not recessed. Its laying flat on the body. I truly believe that improves the tone ass well.

I can't believe how well the hums sound when they are split. I can't say enough about the entire set up.

I stumbled across a SH-100 hand wired and I run it thru a 73 marshall cab with original green backs. That combined with this guitar...... I can die a happy man now. Very Happy

Hello Cool

WoW I thought it was a lefty at first glance, I'm liking that trans denim more & more.
The Mary K on the back, now that's really nice. The setup is like the GG sig but with ash,....mmmmm, My Tele is ash, how does it sound? is it bright? Ash loves a bit of Maple.
I picked up a s/h PT-100 not long ago, but the hand-wired series, nice, really good to run pedals through, if thats your thing. Is the cab a quad? I run mine through a Mesa 2x12, a bit too bassey for me but it's Ok, a Suhr 2x12 sounds better.
Congratulations Very Happy

The tone is just awesome! the covers on the humbuckers takes away just the right amount of the brightness IMHO. I run the hand wired thru a 1973 marshall 4x12 with the original greenbacks. It sounds incredible. And it likes pedals, but honestly it doesn't need them. the gain and tone of the head by itself is great. I don't use an extreme amount of gain in my set up.

Just curious. Is it swamp ash or regular? One of my favorite guitars has a one piece hard ash body with a rosewood neck and fretboard.
