I have a Custom T. Classic, wired like an Alt T (five switch) chambered that is my go-to guitar; I absolutely love the playability and the tone. I have the Thornbucker in the neck and the Thornbucker+ in the bridge. I love the neck pickup, but I'm not liking the plus in the bridge, perhaps a little too hot for my taste. I need something a little more creamy and vintage. I was thinking of replacing the plus with a Bareknuckle Stormy Monday. Anyone try this?

Thornbucker plus is sweet it has Alnico 4 magnets, try the Thornbucker. If you use a different brand you might run in to phase and wiring issues.

Dumb question, but have you tried just backing it off a little? I've got a Thornbucker set in a custom Modern 6 that I fully expected to take out in favor of something else when the guitar arrived, and to my surprise I loved them, so barring that the regular thornbucker is definitely worth a try, but before spending money I'd start with adjusting what you already have.
