Nice guitars! The quilt on the green one is very unique. By the looks of those build dates I think you've caught the Suhr virus Very Happy

Nice!

9934 & 10129; I really like the combination of the double oval 12th fret inlay along with the dot markers everywhere else.

But why do you ruin such nice guitars with those fat necks?? Wink

I wouldn't classify any of those necks as fat, but it's nice to see some thicker necks on suhrs.

Green one just became one of my favorite Suhrs ever. Love seeing the 1.687 nut width.
Beautiful collection.

That's tough to say. The mahogany body is very warm/mellow sounding. The basswood is great for a metal tone, and for me the alder make a good all around sounding body wood. I would like to get something with an ash body and see what that sounds like. I may try to put up some sound clips when I get a chance and see what people think of the different woods & P/U's. My playing sucks but I get great tone. Kinda related to what Forrest Gump said, "I'm not a smart man, but I know what love is."

Get ready for a new pic this weekend or next week, I just found out that my Custom Classic #10128 shipped on friday.
