I'm wondering the same thing.
Also, will a Pro Series "T" style be available?

Alder body (Standard body, not Classic)
Maple neck with Indian Rosewood board
60's C Standard neck shape .810-.930
10-14" radius
1.65" nut width
Heavy frets
Chrome hardware
Sperzel locking tuners
Wilkinson VG-300 bridge/trem
White 3-ply pickguard
1 Vol, 1 Tone, 5-way switch
DSH humbucker and V60LP single-coil pickups
Colors: Black, Olympic White, Mercedes Blue, Ocean Turquoise Metallic, 3-Tone SB
Laser-engraved logo on headstock
Buzz Feiten Tuning System
List price will be $2200 with street price expected to be around $1550. A second version of this guitar with Swamp Ash body and 1-piece Maple neck in translucent colors is a good possibility in the near future and that one will be priced slightly higher due to the upcharges in the woods.
Once this is up and running, we plan to come out with a 24-fret Standard version sometime in the 2nd-half of the year:
Basswood or Alder body
Maple neck with Indian Rosewood board
Even C Slim .800-.880
10-14" radius
1.65" nut width
Jumbo frets
Chrome hardware
Sperzel locking tuners
Wilkinson VG-300 bridge
No pickguard, rear-routed
1 Vol, 1 Tone, 5-way switch
SSH+ and SSV humbucker pickups
Colors: Not yet determined - standard solid and a few metallic colors
Laser-engraved logo on headstock
A model with Floyd is a possibility
Buzz Feiten Tuning System
It's too early to say at this point in time when there'll be a Classic T version of the Pro Series available but I'm sure it'll happen eventually. |

The HSS swamp ash + maple version is a terrific idea. Especially since I'm looking for the exact same guitar (in white blonde)
I hope you decide to go ahead and make it. Soon.
From what I've seen so far, there is a real "hole" in the $1400 - $1800 premium bolt-on market segment that the Suhr Pro should fill nicely. |

Yes, they are Plek'd. In fact, in anticipation of the ramp-up for the production of the Pro Series, we have a second Plek machine on order. |

Hi,
I see that these will have heavey frets.
Are they stainless steel frets?
Cheers,

I've had my hands on a few of these and the heavies were not stainless steel... _________________ Classic 2643

I was wondering whether I got this correctly.... Will this 24-fretted Standard version described above be available in the Pro Series? And if it will be, do you have any price calculations done yet?
best,

I'm interested... it'd be nice to afford a Suhr without having to take out a mortgage...
Apart from $1500 or so, what's the difference between the 'Pro' and regular models? |

Here are the main differences that I know of:
No tint on the neck...
A lasered logo on the headstock...
That's it... _________________ Classic 2643

Those are options for Custom guitars as well. |
