A plastic, fretboard-shaped, strip that you slip between the frets and strings when transporting your geetar Wink

It protects the frets from being damaged by the strings as the guitar sits in a case or gig bag with the strings pressed to the frets during transportation. Especially important to use with Stainless to keep them smooth feeling since the string won't polish out any small nicks. You can order them from CS. In the old days I would just pull a folded polishing cloth under the strings.
